PROF. ALBERTO ROSSETTI FERRAZ

 

 

As a tribute to PROF. ALBERTO ROSSETTI FERRAZ, one of the great Brazilian masters in the specialty and a name indissolubly linked to the scientific progress of medicine in the country, we instituted, from the 10th edition of SECCAPE – BIG NECK 2023, the AWARD of the same name, for scientific works.

 

 

A) REGISTRATION

The scientific works registered as free theme and presented in the form of a poster at the event with the request to compete for the award will compete for the award, provided that they meet the following requirements:

 

1. Submit the work competing for the award through the event's website.

2. Send it within the deadline stipulated for registration, in accordance with the system adopted by the scientific committee of the event, to the e-mail address: Administração@stelamariseventos.com.br.

 

3. The works competing for the prize must be sent in a structured way, as a scientific article, so that they can be properly judged by the commission.

4. The author(s) may compete with a single work

5. In addition to registering the work, the author(s) must be regularly registered in SECCAPE.

 

 

B) PRESENTATION

The works competing for the award will be on display throughout the event and the winner will be presented in a session to be held at the end of the event.

 

The presentation of the works must be made by the author or one of the authors, within a maximum period of 1o (ten) minutes to the members of the judging committee

 

C) JUDGMENT

The judging committee will consist of 3 (three) members of the CCP service of the HC of FMUSP, who will assign the due grade to the work presented, being an indispensable condition that they are not authors of any work competing for the award.

 

The members of this committee will previously receive the originals of the submitted works and must attend their presentations.

 

After the presentation session, the committee will decide who will award the award.

 

This may not be granted if the judging committee decides that none of the works presented meets the necessary qualification.

 

The judging committee, at its discretion, may carry out a pre-qualification, aimed at selecting the works to be presented.

 

D) AWARD

The award will consist of a certificate for the authors, a scientific publication and 2 inscriptions for the XXIX Congresso Brasileiro de Cirurgia de Cabeça e Pescoço (João Pessoa -20 a 22 de setembro).

To submit the work, the author must be registered in SECCAPE.
